- Opportunity assessment: for an insurer in Indonesia, engaged 120+ stakeholders across 15 departments, analysed 414 processes and found 72 opportunities projected to self-fund the transformation in 2.4 years.
- Automation and RPA: code review, technical recommendations, team training and production robot maintenance; UiPath RPA Developer Advanced certified.
- Advising leadership, including C-level, and leading client and internal teams.
